  • Strollers are welcome on race day. Dog and bikes are prohibited.
  • Parking on race day will be available at Weitkamp Park, The Water Utility Building at the intersection of O'Neil Road & Hanley Road, and along all Public Streets unless marked.

Brian's Story

Brian had a stroke on December 7th and passed on December 10th, 2010. No warning signs, no preparation, no proper good-byes. It was discovered that Brian had an unknown blood disorder. This is a genetic disease that was never detected in his 38 short years of life.

With this kind of unexpected event comes unexpected financial burdens. Together with your help we hope to "lessen the burden" for this mother of four.  On September 29th, 2012, friends of the family will hold a benefit 5K Walk/Run and kids' Fun Run at Weitkamp Park in Hudson, WI. It will be a "celebration", remembering Brian and how Brian lived his life...full of life, full of love, full of purpose.
